Court mandated drug treatment. Violation of church and state?

Uh...courts don't MANDATE volunteeer drug treatment programs. YOu go to big boy professional rehab. They are free to recommend any treatment option they feel will help; not state sponsored and you are free to ask for other options; ones you will pay to use.
