Is my chicken bad? Defrosted at room temperature in sealed Ziploc bag.?

Next time, put the chicken (while still in the sealed, airtight bag) in a bowl of cold running water in the sink...your chicken should be fine to eat now. If the chicken was still cold when you got to it, you're fine. If the chicken sat there overnight and was room temperature down to the bone...you might wanna get out in the yard and chase down another bird.
