Why I can't switch to 100 Full Duplex?

What is on the other end of your e/net cable. It could be, if it's a cable modem that it is set up to 10M. Try powering it (and the pc) down, wait 2 mins power it up then connect your pc ( already set to 100M) that might sort it. good luck
