Nacho bar? What would you likr to see?

For my mom's 50th B-day - I am throwing her a little surprise party at our church. We of course will have cake and punch - but since it will be at 4:00 pm on a sat, I decided to have a nacho bar (for the people who are hungry). What should I include? I know the chips, chili, and cheese - but what else? What would you like to see? Would you even like a nacho bar?
