Does any one have the "The World Book Encyclopedia" Copyright 1975?

If so, turn to page 743. The picture bottom right is a picture of a mosque at Meshed, Iran. Can anyone tell me there is a figure near the woman in black standing of the girl who is kneeled down talking to a little boy, the figure near the lady in black it has a white cloth over its head. Can anyone tell me what this figure is?? Urgent
