In fact, some people are apt to buy MORE merchandise, because it's they only way they have to show their love and respect for the guy. Your question about CM Punk also puzzles me. Are you trying to say that WWE fans are a bunch of band-wagon riders?? I think merchandise sales are driven by a guy's personality, by his senority in the company, and by the connection that guy has w/his fans. Most fans could care less who has the belt. If they want a Kane shirt, they'll get a Kane shirt. Period.
