Bought fake item on ebay, seller said it was genuine?

You need to address this with the seller first and let him know your discovery and concern for your ebay rating. If seller does not cooperate than you need to report to ebay. ebay is pretty good with dealing with fraud. If anything, the will be able to remove a negative feedback if the seller plays mean.
