Help? what is this horid pain i am having?

Im 17, male, its in my lower left abdomen and testie, mostly the 2nd one, but i goes back and forth, sudden, pressure like pain, comes and goes for last 14 hours? how dangerous? twisted nut? pull something? i cant sit down or it hurts worse? i dont want to wake my parents up if it might go away, i took 2 extra strength pain relievers 2 hours ago and it still hurts on and off? any help would be nice, i do alot of studies in biological problems and think i have narrowed it down to either a herrnia or twisted vein thing.
