Is Hillary making up her own rules?

She told us that we are not smart enough to make our own decisions so it is up to her to make decisions for us a few months ago. That is her attitude, only she knows what is best. Of course then it stands to reason that she umes that she can make (or break if necessary) the rules. I'm glad she is out of the running but still hangs around. It is going to be a happy day when she finally realizes that America hates her and she goes back to her trailer crying.
