Late 90's early 2000's toy that had babies that popped out of its stomach?

this is driving me insane. there was this furbie like toy in 1999 or 2000 that had babies. you took care of it for like a half an hour then it had a baby. i even remember what it look like: it was maybe 14 inches tall and came in pastel blue pink yellow and purple as a main color with one of the same colors as an accent on its stomach and face. it had big eyes with eye lashes and its talked and sang. does anyone know what im talking about and what its called. this is driving me off the wall! please help!
