What is this red spot on my neck?

Ok so like a week or two ago It felt like i had a pimple or something behind my ear. This isn't actually on my ear but on my head behind my ear. I popped it because it felt like it was getting a tad bit bigger or something. When I did this it bled like crazy and finally I got it to stop bleeding. Now a week or two later, it is still raised up and feels squishy like it needs drained and a couple times I have broken the skin to drain it and then it bleeds for a long time again and seems to fill back up with blood. Any ideas??
