My dauther has been using her mum's credit card without authorisation?

You are going to get nothing back, and why should you? It is not the seller's fault that your daughter was in a position to use her mother's credit card. I would not even suggest that you bother contacting them. It is not their problem. If you are not going to report the sale as fraudulent, then you have to accept the only other option in doing this - that the sale is not fraudulent and all there is is a domestic situation in your family that you need to sort out yourself. Your choices are these, I suspect. Do not collect the parcel, and thus avoid paying the charges. Collect the parcel and tell your daughter that as she ordered them, she has to pay for them, including all the extra charges. For God's sake don't give them to her as a Christmas gift - this simply sends the message that she has got away with getting what she wanted. Or if you do that, make clear that she is getting nothing else for christmas, and that you are going to return all the other gifts you bought her for Christmas for a refund. What she did was essentially theft and she needs to be taught that lesson.
